Compilation: Wiretap Records - ATTENTION! A Black Lives Matter Charity Compilation

For anyone who knows me personally or has interacted with me online, you know that I’m an avid follower and big fan of Wiretap Records. I was able to help them for a few months with some stuff prior to me starting this website and it’s been awesome seeing the label continue to deliver. This FRIDAY, June 15th aka Juneteenth, Wiretap Records is releasing ATTENTION! A Black Lives Matter Charity Compilation via Bandcamp to benefit the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. Wiretap bands and friends are taking part in the compilation with covers, acoustic or live versions of their songs, and even contributing unreleased tracks to support the movement. Some of the bands partaking in the release are Odd Robot, Answering Machine, Tiny Stills, Elijah Newman & The SideEffects, American Television, Virginity, Love Again, Harker, Movin In Stereo, Get Married, The Lucky Eejits, Lost In Society, wolves & wolves & wolves & wolves, Catholic Guilt, Mercy Music and more.

As Bandcamp is waving their fees on Friday, so will Wiretap. The label is donating 100 percent of the proceeds to NAACP Legal Defense Fund. Please consider adding this compilation to your list of downloads for this Friday. And go follow the bands too?
